Treatment Setting
The people there are beyond a joy to be around. Polite and funny. The doctors, especially Dr. Z, genuinely care about their patients. The front office staff are very sweet and accommodating. The nurse and doctors care about keeping you pain free while also making sure of your other health wellness.
Insurance Coverage
The doctors are very competent. Where things go wrong is with HIPAA, scheduling and billing. The billing part is a nightmare. I was overcharged and even after I provided them with a explanation of benefits and had the insurance company contact them at least twice informing them that I was due a refund, I have yet to see a single dime.
Patient Experience
The procedure that I had on my low back was wonderful and I am so thankful for it. It increased the quality of my life tremendously. Thanks to his care, I feel more in control of my health and hopeful about managing my pain.
