Each visit patients had, they had different things to do. Each exercise helped in different ways to strengthen the knee, balance, standing and walking. Kelvin would increase the exercise levels when the patient overcame the previous levels. Patients are encouraged along the way. They targeted various muscle and tendon areas to build strength and mobility.
