Therapist Expertise
Jibri and Morgan are both caring and understanding. Jibri does dry needling. Jennifer Richardson is a specialist and knows exactly what to do to keep patients getting healthy. Therapists help patients every step of the way. The therapists are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive.
Treatment Setting
The staff makes patients feel like they are at home just working out. The attention to patient satisfaction and comfort is among the best. The entire staff are always so friendly and encouraging. The team here has been great to work with. The staff always make YOU feel that you are their top priority.
Insurance Coverage
One patient reported not being told how the insurance payment works when booking the appointment over the phone. It is $100 before meeting the insurance deductible for every visit. With a high deductible, you may be paying full price for the service.
Treatment Approaches
Jibri does dry needling. The therapists incorporate exercises for recovery. After spending 6 weeks being “non-weight bearing” on my left leg, they have been instrumental in helping me improve my mobility and regaining muscle/strength.
Office Experience
Toni the receptionist greets patients as soon as they walk through the door. She takes the time to schedule patients when it’s convenient for them. The staff are nice.
