Therapist Expertise
The staff there is very knowledgeable and worked with me carefully to improve my condition. Maricel is the physical therapist and clinical director there. She’s absolutely great! She listens to your needs, makes sure you’re comfortable and she’s always quick to problem solve. She has a stretch or solution for every need you may have. She’s also certified in dry needling. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful! Therapists Katie, Sarah and Natalie walked me through therapy exercises successfully on each visit.
Treatment Setting
Very comfortable explaining problems. Physical therapy at Ivy Rehab was something I looked forward to every visit, even after a long day at work. The staff there were always warm and welcoming, and listened intently to any concerns I had. They were also very open-minded, so that any changes focused on optimizing my treatment could be made very quickly. The location is very clean! They play music and the entire staff makes you feel welcome.
Insurance Coverage
I’m hopeful they can make significant progress considering half my insurance benefit was used up elsewhere.
Office Experience
Front desk excellent at providing a schedule either am or pm.
Patient Experience
You will always leave feeling better and if it’s a part of your recovery, you at least be around friends. They helped me on my road to recovery. They gave me encouraging words and push me when I felt I couldn’t do the exercises. Honestly I was not ready to leave them. They did show me and give me tools I need to use after my physical therapy ended, so I will be able to enjoy life more. Being more active. I owe them a lot. I truly thank them for their time and effort . I will be forever grateful.
