Dr. Hancock’s expertise is remarkable, and her passion for helping patients is evident. The staff, including Jeremy and Narineh, provide great care and support. Brian Graf is an excellent physical therapist who listens and includes feedback in his care plan. He is also knowledgeable and thorough in his evaluation of new patients.
Treatment Setting
The facility is always clean and organized. The facilities are first class, calming, well equipped and make you want to do your physical therapy. Bryan is very attentive with very good bedside manners.

The therapists suggest lots of options for home exercises and other tools to expedite healing. They focus on muscles, and help with various injuries.
Patient Experience
This place has given the patient the confidence to walk around the house without fear of falling. The sessions have greatly improved both the patients’ understanding of their dizziness/balance control and ability to tolerate more motion sickness prone activities. The therapy has shown other pathways. The therapist helped patients by reducing jaw pain, therefore saving the patient from undergoing surgery as suggested by a TMJ specialist. The therapists’ attentiveness has helped patients get their life back.
