Kevin Paulin is described as extremely professional and knowledgeable. Aaron’s expertise is incomparable. The therapists are super friendly & knowledgeable.
Treatment Setting
Patients report the therapists take time to make sure that each exercise is understood and that the patient is comfortable. Elliott PT is a wonderful facility that is spacious & clean. The facility is expansive, clean, and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. The front desk was also very attentive to any of my question and was eager to help as well.

Exercises are customized to work with patients’ needs. The facility provides an app with explanations of exercises with videos.
Office Experience
The front desk staff is welcoming and professional. The front desk staff always polite. The front desk said they were “verifying some info” and that I had walked in at “perfect timing,” but didn’t really explain anything. The front desk person, “Stephanie”, only apologized after I asked what was going on, and even then, it felt kind of dismissive.
Patient Experience
The expertise, dedication, and positive attitude made all the difference. The therapists are supportive, encouraging, and a good listener. The therapists don’t baby the patients and give them the needed push to recover. Patients are getting better with each visit. Scheduling is consistently flexible and timely.
