Therapist Expertise
The therapists are professional, hands on, and so warm and supportive. They care and take time to ensure you get the best results. Sweeta’s knowledge and professionalism sets her apart from everyone else. Colleen is very knowledgeable and friendly.
Treatment Setting
It’s more like a Country Club than a clinic. They make you feel welcome, comfortable and happy to be there. The staff here truly care about their patients and see us as people, and not just a number or a dollar sign. The front office staff is very courteous and upfront about fess and coverage.
Office Experience
Everyone from the front office staff to the PTs and aides are amazing. Lizzie at the front desk is the main cog that makes this well oiled machine run like clockwork.
Patient Experience
The first couple of weeks showed the biggest improvement with Riley taking my pain level down from an 8 out of 10 down to a 3 making it very tolerable. Jessica gives you the confidence that she is going to get you well. She has listened to my aches and pains.
