Therapist Expertise
Ian was very knowledgeable in every way. Ari is the best at Dry Needling therapy. The ATI team works together so well to meet the needs of their clients. They are wonderful and very skilled people who have great chemistry with each other.

The fun and relaxed atmosphere made my sessions enjoyable and stress-free. They make the monotony of therapy not only enjoyable but something you look forward to.
Insurance Coverage
The downside was administrative- after being assured that they were “in network” with my insurance and them seeming to look me up and charge a co-pay. Later, after bringing them insurance EOB’s that indicating that insurance was not paying the claim- I was told to “not worry about it” and they just needed to follow up. Well… I finished up my therapy, and then 6 months later get a $1400 bill because, as it turns out, they were NOT in network, didn’t communicate with insurance company, and didn’t, of course, inform me.
