The atmosphere is encouraging and friendly. The atmosphere is very positive and calming. The location is not SUPER crowded. The staff are really nice and welcoming so I never dreaded going to physical therapy.
Insurance Coverage
The insurance paid for the appointments, but the patient overpaid and is trying to be reimbursed for 6 months.
Treatment Approaches
Kyle does whatever “hands on” work that was needed like hip massage or back or foot manipulations and then coupled that with the exercises that would build the muscles needed to take up the slack of the area that was healing. The staff believe in a slow and steady healing process so they won’t push you. Kyle explains why and how the exercise will help with the healing process.

Maureen is always happy and helpful. Appointments are so easy to make and they always send a reminder message. The receptionist is exceptional.

The atmosphere is great and they make it very enjoyable to go through the (PT). Patients feel like they are making progress in healing. I’m grateful for the entire team for helping me regain function. They made my recovery NOT like exercise but part of your daily work and home life.
