Jason Pointer is a phenomenal physical therapist, who cares deeply about his profession and people. Coleman is an awesome lead therapist and is part of a great professional team. Jason is knowledgeable and thorough in his care. Megan Painter was also very good at making sure exercises were being done correctly. The physical therapists, Jason and Megan, provided expertise and professionalism.

Athletico’s staff displays a professional attitude in a comfortable environment. The staff is friendly and caring. The team takes the time to get to know you and your needs. Attention is paid to disinfecting all equipment after anyone touches it.
Insurance Coverage
The staff is expected to do timely billings of insurance. One patient was told that the person who cares for billing was out, and a year later received a bill for $795.00. When trying to understand the bill, the corporate billing department said it was not in their control. No one could decipher the amounts billed. On the BBB there has been a complaint filed every single month for billing issues.

Katie, at the front desk, is the best. Arturo, the office manager, greets patients with a smile and knuckles. Jennifer was always very friendly, helpful, and professional.

Patients report feeling confident after treatment. Jason and his team put together a plan that drastically decreased pain and helped a patient return to the gym. Jason Pointer truly cares about all of the patients at this center.
