This outpatient rehabilitation facility at Chandler Regional Medical Center provides physical therapy and speech therapy services. Patients have reported positive experiences with the therapists, particularly Dr. Dean Kolstad, describing him as kind, considerate, and effective, with whom many have worked primarily. The facility offers a clean gym and a nice reception area. However, negative experiences have also been reported, including concerns about therapist’s bedside manner and billing practices. Some patients have faced challenges with appointment scheduling and call returns, while others have found the care to be excellent and highly recommend it.

The clean gym awaits patients, as well as a nice reception area with television and magazines. The therapists take an interest in the patient that’s not always common.
Insurance Coverage
For pelvic floor therapy, they charge $284 per 15 minutes. For an evaluation and 3 one hour sessions they charged is $1,970. They far exceeded my insurance company’s maximum.
Treatment Approaches
One patient suffered a shoulder injury and was referred here for physical therapy. Dry needling was suggested during treatment.
