One employee behind the front desk was sick and constantly coughing, hacking, & sneezing without covering her mouth nor wearing a mask! The receptionist at the front desk was the one who scheduled appointments.
Insurance Coverage
One patient was told that they were not able to get help without having a physical medical card and a representative was confused with some numbers on the patient’s insurance.
