Josh has helped with shoulder rehab and has helped develop strength and conditioning programs. Amanda helped diagnose a femur stress fracture and helped rehab to the point of pain free running. Josh was quickly able to diagnose an injury, create a rehabilitation plan, and walk patients through movements that got them back into training at full capacity while preventing injuries moving forward. Josh also uses methodologies to show patients why they are compensating and then works to strengthen and find stretches to use going forward to prevent future overuse.
