This physical therapy practice has a location that is well-equipped and has easy parking. The staff is described as warm, welcoming, and doing amazing work. The practice’s founder and director, Daniel James, is noted to know exactly what to do. However, the receptionist has been reported to lie about insurance coverage. Some patients have experienced subpar care where not enough exercises were done to work on all necessary muscle groups. In contrast, other patients highly recommend this practice and state they are lucky to have found it.
Practice Information
Insurance Coverage
The receptionist may lie and say they do not accept your insurance even if they do. Even with insurance approval, the receptionist may refuse to book an appointment. Another patient with the same insurance was also told their insurance was not accepted.
Therapist Expertise
The therapists seemed nice, but one patient realized the care was bad after going to another physical therapist. They will do the bare minimum and skip tons of muscle groups that need to be built up to avoid future pain. The therapist was completely rude and loud.
Treatment Approaches
They do not have you do enough exercises to work on all the necessary muscle groups.
Office Experience
The receptionist acts as an unethical gatekeeper. The staff is kind, professional, and on top of details.
Treatment Setting
The facility is in great condition. The location is very modern, updated and clean. It’s a very nice location with easy access by bus or car. They were also very quick to fit patients in the schedule.
