Pregnancy & Postpartum Services
Tourmaline offers prenatal, birthing, and postnatal care. They provide care for up to 6 weeks after birth for both mother and baby. Postpartum visits are done at home initially. The midwives provide support during pregnancy and postpartum. They offer resources for seemingly everything a client could want while pregnant and during the postpartum period. They go above and beyond for clients during their entire pregnancy.
Treatment Setting
The birthing center offers a warm and inviting space. The birthing rooms are well-designed, comforting, and have a bed, a large tub and sprayer, private bathrooms, and different lighting options. The environment is described as comfortable and homey. The staff is friendly and takes the time to know the clients. Prenatal appointments are not cold like a lot of hospitals.
